The polyamide solar panel mounting rails were extruded out with higher performance, longer life than traditional aluminium rails, nonconductivity polyamide prevents the lossing of electric power, makes solar power be transferred more effectively.
COMPARISION BETWEEN POLYAMIDE AND ALUMINUM:
The material of the fiberglass reinforced polyamide (PA66GF) was already widely applicated in the high end thermal break window and facade systems, acting as thermal break between aluminium profiles.
Density of polyamide is only 1.35 g/cm3, half of the density of aluminum, lighter and lower cost.
Aluminum is a kind of highly activing metal, suffered from the corrosion from the environment. Polyamide is a kind of plastic which has excellent property of corrosion resistance, so has longer life than aluminum.
Most components applicated in electric systems are insulated, due to the limitation of technology and objective actors, aluminium frames were used in solar power systems, to protect the solar photovaltaic chips. But the electrical conductivity causes the electricity leakage.

PERFORMANCE:
The performance of thermal barrier strips is in line with the Chinese standard GB/T 23615.1-2009 and the European Standard EN 14024:2004, for KAXITE series, the performance is rather higher than the standard value.

The performance of polyamide profiles complies with the Chinese standard GB/T 23615.1-2017 and the European standard EN 14024:2004. For the KAXITE series, the performance exceeds the standard requirements.
