KAXITE's research and development of energy-saving materials began in 2001, led by a legendary local figure -- Mr. Shen, and further developed by his student Mr. Ho. Various investments were made, including fiberglass reinforced PA, PP, PP Nonwoven, co-extrusion PVC, FRP Fiberglass Profiles, etc.
In 2001, the polyamide 6.6 GF 25% thermal insulation strip was successfully produced through water-cooled extrusion processing. Including the PVC profiles.
In 2009, plant of PP nonwoven has been established in Hubei Province.
In 2011, PP extrusion plant be established.
In 2011, KAXITE has pioneered the global implementation of direct Hard Extrusion Processing for PA66 GF25 thermal breaks, successfully replacing conventional water-cooled methods. This breakthrough innovation has significantly enhanced mechanical performance and dimensional precision in thermal insulating profiles, establishing our leadership in advanced thermal break solutions.
In 2012, patent IC strut invented (improved shape C thermal break). Patent shape IC series thermal insulation strips have better appearance than shape I and better mechanical performance than shape C, more beautiful and safe, are the combination of the two original kind shapes.
In 2015, we became one of the revisers of China's National Standard GB/T 23615.1-2017 for Polyamide Profiles.
In 2019, KAXITE independent laboratory was established.
In 2021, jointly with Aipu Indoor Environment, we invested in the R&D of biodegradable plastics, including PLA and PBAT.
In 2021, successfully developed a 0.7mm-thick PA12 multi-channel tube for cooling components in new energy electric vehicles (e.g., TESLA), replacing aluminum cooling tubes. This innovation significantly enhances impact resistance and electrical insulation, addressing critical safety concerns.
In 2022, invested the project of FRP Fiberglass Profiles.
In 2025, invested the new extrusion plant at No.155 Shashan road, local Jiangyin city.
