FRP Gelcoat Panel is a high-performance thermosetting composite plastic building material, which takes unsaturated polyester resin or epoxy resin as the matrix, combined with alkali-free glass fiber as the reinforcing material, and is covered with a dense layer of special gelcoat resin on the surface. Formed by integral curing through special processes, it is the preferred solution for corrosion resistance, weather resistance and aesthetics in industrial and civil construction fields.

The product features a three-layer composite structural design.
The surface has a 0.8-8mm high-gloss gelcoat layer for strong protection.
The gelcoat layer isolates corrosion, UV rays and moisture and prevents glass fiber exposure.
The middle glass fiber reinforced layer provides excellent mechanical performance.
Its flexural strength exceeds 180MPa, three times that of ordinary PVC panels.
It weighs only one quarter of steel, easy for transportation and on-site installation.
The optional bottom layer enhances fire safety to meet diverse application requirements.

Relying on nano-modification technology and high-quality raw materials, this product has comprehensive performance advantages: outstanding corrosion resistance, able to withstand strong acid and alkali environments with pH value of 1-14, and the surface corrosion rate is only 0.02mm/year in the 2000-hour salt spray test, far exceeding that of 304 stainless steel; excellent weather resistance, adaptable to extreme temperatures from -40℃ to 80℃, UV resistance rate up to 99%, passing the ISO 4892-3 standard grade 5 weather resistance test, and the color difference ΔE is less than 3 after 1000 hours of UV accelerated aging; waterproof and moisture-proof, not easy to breed mold, with a smooth surface and self-cleaning function, which greatly extends the cleaning cycle and significantly reduces maintenance costs.

Resin Layup & Curing: Resin and reinforcement materials are layered precisely, followed by controlled curing (at room temperature or under heating) to form a strong, stable structure.
Demolding & Finishing: After curing, parts are carefully demolded, then trimmed and cut to meet exact specifications.
Post-Curing & Quality Control: A post-curing process further enhances material stability, followed by a rigorous final quality inspection to verify every detail meets our standards.
Protection & Packaging: Products are protected with a protective film, stacked and palletized, then securely packaged for warehouse storage and safe shipment to your location.
