KAXITE
0.6mm~100mm
Plastic profiles (PVC, ABS, PC, rubber, TPV, EPDM, PP...) represent a classic window and door material choice, favored for their cost-effective water-cooled extrusion process and affordable material/manufacturing costs. These versatile profiles can be laminated with various surface finishes - including metallic and woodgrain textures - while offering full color customization. KAXITE elevates this traditional material through innovative die design and extrusion techniques, achieving enhanced precision (±0.1mm) and heat resistance (up to 115°C) while preserving its inherent advantages. Our engineered formulations incorporate UV stabilizers and impact modifiers for superior weatherability in demanding climates.
KAXITE operates its own laboratory to rigorously test and ensure quality control. With advanced granulation capabilities, KAXITE can accommodate diverse performance requirements and material specifications, enabling the customization of products to meet specific client needs.
Typical performance characteristics for PVC, uPVC, and hPVC materials are as follows:

The greatest challenge lies not in conceptualization but in execution. Many customers have expressed frustration when other manufacturers failed to produce the shapes they designed, prompting some to seek assistance directly from our workshop. We specialize in developing and fabricating custom dies of the PA66 thermal insulating profiles for our customers, and we have never failed to deliver on any shape requested. In most cases, we can complete the development of new products within 15 days.
Regarding product packaging, we offer standard packaging options to ensure the safe storage of plastic profiles. Additionally, we can provide customized packaging based on specific requirements. For all specifications and shapes, the standard packaging method is linear, with a standard length of 6 meters; however, customized lengths are available upon request. For shapes such as "I", "C", and other simple geometries, the products can be conveniently packaged in rolls. We strive to meet individual customer needs by providing flexible packaging solutions tailored to different product specifications.
