The I-shaped thermal barrier strip represents the simplest and earliest structural design, utilized in energy-efficient thermal-break aluminum alloy doors and windows. It is available in a range of sizes from 10mm to 32mm. Compared to the C-shaped strip, the I-shaped strip exhibits greater resistance to lateral tensile and shear forces. However, it is less aesthetically pleasing, and dust tends to accumulate more easily in the groove where it assembles with the aluminum alloy.
The performance of thermal barrier strips complies with the Chinese standard GB/T 23615.1-2017 and the European standard EN 14024:2004. For the KAXITE series, the performance exceeds the standard requirements. In 2015, we assumed a leadership role in the Chinese National Standard Committee, overseeing the revision of GB/T 23615.1-2009 to the 2017 version.

We specialize in developing and fabricating custom dies of the PA66 thermal insulating profiles for our customers, and we have never failed to deliver on any shape requested. In most cases, we can complete the development of new products within 15 days.
Regarding product packaging, we offer standard packaging options to ensure the safe storage of PA66 profiles. Additionally, we can provide customized packaging based on specific requirements. For all specifications and shapes of polyamide thermal insulation strips, the standard packaging method is linear, with a standard length of 6 meters; however, customized lengths are available upon request. For shapes such as "I", "C", and other simple geometries, the products can be conveniently packaged in rolls. We strive to meet individual customer needs by providing flexible packaging solutions tailored to different product specifications.
