PA66 Glass Fiber Reinforced Granules – High-Performance Engineering Plastic Raw Material
KAXITE's PA66 / PA6 GF reinforced granules are engineered for precision and easier extrusion, offering superior strength, thermal stability, and dimensional accuracy. With glass fiber content customizable from 15% to 45%, these virgin-grade pellets deliver 120+ MPa tensile strength and heat resistance up to 250°C, making them ideal for automotive, electrical, and industrial applications requiring metal replacement.

The performance of nylon granules complies with the Chinese standard GB/T 23615.1-2017 and the European standard EN 14024:2004. For the KAXITE series, the performance exceeds the standard requirements. In 2015, we assumed a leadership role in the Chinese National Standard Committee, overseeing the revision of GB/T 23615.1-2009 to the 2017 version.
KAXITE operates its own laboratory to rigorously test and ensure quality control. With advanced granulation capabilities, KAXITE can accommodate diverse performance requirements and material specifications, enabling the customization of products to meet specific client needs.

We are highly responsive to customer demands, leveraging our substantial annual production capacity of 10,000 tons to ensure timely delivery. Typically, we can complete the raw material delivery within 7 days. In addition to fast delivery, we offer standard packaging solutions to customer requirements, with 25KG raw material per bag, or 1 ton per bag.
