Designed as a superior alternative to traditional UHMWPE guides, our glass-fiber reinforced PA66 chain rails deliver 3x greater mechanical strength (>100MPa tensile) while maintaining exceptional wear resistance. The precision-engineered profiles ensure smooth chain movement with ±0.1mm tolerance, significantly reducing vibration and noise compared to plastic alternatives. Unlike UHMWPE which deforms under continuous load, our PA66 formulation maintains dimensional stability across -30°C to 120°C operating temperatures, extending service life by 400% in high-stress applications. The lightweight composite construction (50% lighter than aluminum) reduces system inertia while supporting higher chain speeds.

We specialize in developing and fabricating custom dies of the PA66 thermal insulating profiles for our customers, and we have never failed to deliver on any shape requested. In most cases, we can complete the development of new products within 15 days.
Regarding product packaging, we offer standard packaging options to ensure the safe storage of PA66 profiles. Additionally, we can provide customized packaging based on specific requirements. For all specifications and shapes of polyamide thermal insulation strips, the standard packaging method is linear, with a standard length of 6 meters; however, customized lengths are available upon request. For shapes such as "I", "C", and other simple geometries, the products can be conveniently packaged in rolls. We strive to meet individual customer needs by providing flexible packaging solutions tailored to different product specifications.
