Come distinguere il PA6 dal PA66

La concorrenza sui prezzi tra la PA66 potrebbe far mescolare molti fornitori nel PA66 e ciò peggiora le proprietà del prodotto.
It is defined as PA66 in thermal break, but if PA6 mixed in it (as most manufacturers did in the market, to lower the cost, and easier to produce), the mechanical performance/ life/ tensile under high temperature will be affected, hereby we have simple methods for you to figure out whether the PA6 was mixed in thermal break or not:
1.While testing under high temperature, when increased up to 240 ℃, if the thermal break's melting, the PA6 was misto;
2.test e confronta la resistenza alla trazione sotto i 90 ℃, è molto bassa se PA6 miscelato;
3. Marchio Drag sul lato della rottura termica (come mostrato nell'attaccamento), quindi il PA6 è stato miscelato, poiché PA6 è molto facile da estrludere e il dispositivo di resistenza (secondo l'attacco) deve essere attaccato su stampo per rendere le strisce normali.
